Some you may have seen this before but there is a very useful website called The Office Diet. Many will recognise the difficulty of keeping to a healthy diet during business hours. Lunch breaks can be short or done on the run so it can be easy to fall into the trap of a quick burger but it doesn't have to be this way. Take a look at the site and see if there's any tips you can utilise in your routine.

Well, if you think the Office Diet is hard to do, I am doing a RAW FOOD diet for the next 30 days. Today was my first day and I am looking forward to tomorrow, even though if it's hard. But than, I do appreciate the challenge ;-)

Hi Philip - well here is the requested progress. My second day of my ORGANIC raw food diet is nearly over. Without going to much into details, here goes: Breakfast - Wheatgrass, apple, ginger (a double shot) for breakfast, followed by juiced carotts, apple, pear, wheatgrass, ginger, fennel. WATER WATER WATER Lunch - Avocado and mixed salad with a little olive oil. Chamomilla tea WATER WATER WATER Dinner - A BIG fresh Salad (greens, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, mixed sprouted beans) with Fresh herbs (Coriander and Parsley) and humous. WATER WATER WATER and MORE water... (I leave my filtered water in the sun in a glass jug with a crystal inside)... 2 days done - 28 DAYS TO GO!

I remember when I did a detox a few years ago I had terrible headaches for a couple of days but ended up losing 9lb in just over a week.

Hi Dare! Thanks for the update. That would be a real challenge for me to keep that diet up for 30 days - I have plenty of vices in that respect. I gave up coffee for a month last year. I can't say I felt radically different but I don't doubt it was beneficial as I drank a lot of water to make up for it. I may have to do that again. Looking forward to the next instalment.

Hi Philip - just to keep you updated. It's my 6th day today and it has been another ORGANIC RAW FOOD DIET success. I know what you mean with being challenged. I DO push myself and I like it. Especially when that little voive on my shoulder tells me to be 'go on, you can just have a bit of this or that'... and I KNOW that my Ego is out there to get me. But I won't let it I have had a nasty accident last year in October and have been on morphine etc. To keep a long story short, I need to detox and get all that 'nuts' out of my body.
