What three things have you done differently today? Are you living the same tired routine or is everyday different for you?
This is a very good question to ask of oneself every single day. It is actually quite scary to see how little things fundamentally change on a daily basis.
Yesterday I didn't do that much out of the ordinary so this thought was a real wake-up call.
1. I arrived at work an hour early to progress some work tasks and prepare for a meeting. 2. I was motivated by a new design project to the point whereby I continued working on it when I got home. 3. I sneezed for the first time in three days which, following the hospital trouble s of Friday, felt like I'd been skewered by a rusty nail encrusted railway spike.
These are not enough. I should be looking at real changes to freshen up my day to day routine.

3 things I have done different today? Let me think...
1. I have started a 30 day RAW FOOD diet - NOTHING cooked can be eaten. 2. I layed in the sun on the beach for almost 2 hours 3. I have been offline for most of the day to have a break (BLOODY hard, I tell you ;-)
You could have asked for more than 3 things and I could have matched them. Today I changed a lot of my 'routine' things. ;-)

Today I changed a lot of my 'routine' things. ;-) I've heard a lot of talk about raw diets but haven't really looked into them that much. I do like a challenge so I may have to think about having a go - I certainly need to readdress my nutrition. I like your 2 and 3 - not much chance of that for me today as it's raining and I have a magazine design to get finished...

You should try the diet, you would have LOADS and LOADS and LOADS more energy .
